- Quotes and savings estimates are based on assumptions and may vary following your home survey

Quotes generated via our online tools are based on:
- Estimated energy usage (provided or selected by you)
- Satellite data and roof layout
- Average local sunlight levels and savings calculations
All estimates are subject to change after your technical home survey.
We offer three payment models:
1. Upfront Purchase – one-time payment, system owned outright
2. Power Plan – monthly fixed subscription, system leased over term
3. Finance – third-party finance agreement, subject to approval
Before committing to any plan, you will receive full documentation and terms relevant to your payment option.
You may cancel your agreement in line with UK consumer law:
- 14-day cooling-off period applies to most agreements
- Cancellation beyond this period is governed by the terms of your specific agreement (Power Plan, finance, or purchase)
Refunds (if applicable) will be processed in accordance with your contract.
We are not liable for:
- Any indirect, incidental or consequential loss
- Delays caused by third parties or outside our control
- User error or misuse of our online tools
Our total liability will not exceed the amount paid by you for services provided.
Nothing in these Terms excludes your statutory rights under UK law.
We take your privacy seriously.
Your personal data is:
- Processed securely and lawfully
- Only used for purposes directly related to your request or agreement
- Never sold or misused
